1、檢查過濾器，若堵塞則清洗或更換，觀察油液，若變質則更換。檢查總安全閥是否卡住，若卡住，只需拆下總安全閥，清洗主閥芯，使之能自由推動即可。

2、判斷液壓缸活塞密封圈是否已失去密封作用，將動臂液壓缸收到底，再將液壓缸大腔出口接頭的高壓膠管拆下，繼續操縱多路閥的動份換向手柄，使動份液壓缸進一步收回活塞桿。

3、根據多路閥使用的時間，分析閥桿與閥體孔的間隙是否過大。若間隙過大或閥磨損嚴重，應更換流量轉換閥。

4、檢查閥桿內單向閥與閥座接觸面的密封性，若密封不良，可研磨閥座，更換閥芯。檢查彈簧，若變形、變軟或斷裂，均應更換。
