裝載機一旦柴油機出現問題，就會直接導致裝載機無法正常工作，但是對于柴油機而言，啟動困難是我們常常與到的故障，那么在遇到啟動困難時應該如何處理呢？

一、觀察柴油機的啟動轉速。當按下起動按鈕而不能啟動時，可能出現以下幾種現象：起動轉速正常；起動轉速降低；曲軸因啟動電機不工作，或起動電機空轉而不轉動。上述現象除起動轉速正常外，都屬于蓄電池或起動電路技術狀況不良造成的故障現象，故應檢查蓄電池和啟動電路技術狀況。

二、啟動轉速正常，但是發動機不能啟動，應注意查看柴油是否進入氣缸，即觀察排氣管是否排煙和傾聽發動機有無爆發生。若起動時無煙排出，也無爆發聲，表明柴油沒有進缸，原因是噴油泵不泵油，或低壓油路不供油。可先檢查郵箱內是否有油，然后擰松噴油泵上的放氣螺釘，檢查油路是否堵塞和有空氣，如上述檢查正常，再進一步檢查噴油泵是否泵油。
