1、濟南裝載機液壓泵的吸油口應(yīng)安裝粗濾器，且吸油口處應(yīng)距油箱底部一定距離；

5、定期檢查液壓油，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)油液變質(zhì)、泡沫多、沉淀物多、油水分離等現(xiàn)象后應(yīng)立即清洗系統(tǒng)并換油。新油加入小型裝載機的油箱前應(yīng)經(jīng)過靜置沉淀，過濾后方可加入，必要時可設(shè)中間油箱以進(jìn)行新油的沉淀和過濾，確保油液的清潔。
