裝載機柴油機功率下降的原因有哪些?

裝載機發生柴油機功率下降的現象經常發生,主要原因可能是柴油機制造質量沒有達到設計標準,導致裝載機柴油機功率減弱。那么導致山東裝載機柴油機功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
1、裝載機中連桿軸頸回轉半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適,裝載機柴油機功率變弱,導致運行時活塞撞擊缸蓋,沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭,使其工作不正常面斷裂。
